Eligibility:
M.Tech - Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biomedical, Instrumentation, M.Sc - Bio-Chemistry
Desirable:
Minimum of a Postgraduate Degree in Chemistry/Biology or an equivalentsubject. Preferably with HPLC/chromatography experience.
Practical Laboratory experience is crucial.
Communicates well both verbally and in writing in English. With clear telephone manner. Preferably with some customer service experience.
Dedicated team player that will work with others to ensure the team achieves it goals and objectives.
Customer centric approach, with ability to provide accurate information in userfriendly manner to both technical and non-technical purchasers.
Attentive to details and accuracy of information supplied.
Ability to listen to enquiry, analysis information given; probe for additional information or hidden problems to ensure a full understanding of the enquiry is achieved before formulating a response.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
