Project Title: Unraveling molecular processes involved in adventive polyembryony
towards genetic engineering for fixation of heterosis
Eligibility:
First class Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Plant Breeding, Plant Sciences, Life Sciences
Desirable - Hands on experience of molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA related), genetics and bioinformatics related to molecular biology/genomics.
Emoluments: Rs 16,000/- per month + 30% HRA.
Procedure: Walk-in interview will be held on 24nd May 2013 at the NRCPB at 10:30 AM for filling Two positions of Research Associate and one position of Senior Research Fellow in the National Fund and NAIP projects, respectively. The positions are temporary and are initially offered till 31-3-2014. Desirous candidates should report for interview latest by 11:00 AM along with the application in the prescribed format. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
