Position 1: State Coordinator (Livelihoods)

Qualification:
- Post graduate degree/diploma in Social Sciences, Economics Rural Development, Rural Management, professional Master's Degree in degree in engineering, agriculture, Veterinary Science, Business Administration, Management, Natural Resource Management etc
- Atleast seven years proven experience in livelihoods promotion in large scale rural poverty reduction programmes.
- Experience in working with producers organizations on value chain development, building livelihoods institutions of the poor and vulnerable is required.

Qualification:
- Post graduate degree/diploma in Social Sciences, (Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work), Rural Development, Rural Management with emphasis on strategic communication planning for behaviour development, social mobilization, gender,
- participatory communication and research.
- Atleast 7 years experience in social mobilization, gender activities particularly in large scale rural poverty reduction programmes.
- Experience in designing and implementing various capacity building strategies and managing various training programmes is required

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree with a major in a relevant discipline (Commerce, Economics, Business Management, Rural development )
- Atleast 7 years experience in the domain of financial inclusion in rural poverty reduction programmes.
- Experience of working with institutions like NABARD, SIDBI preferred
- Working on credit linkage to the institutions of poor is required.

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree with a major in a relevant discipline (e.g., Economics, Procurement, Finance, Business or Commerce or Supply Chain Management) from a recognized institute/university.
- At least seven years experience in procurement and implementation of large WB or other donor funded projects in India;
- Good understanding of Government procurement procedures (CVC guidance, GFR 2005, Ministry of Expenditure Guidelines, DGS&D etc).

- Masters degree in Business Administration or Management with specialization in Sales and Marketing, Branding Management and Marketing, Brand Development.
- Professional degree in Brand Development and Management.
- At least seven years experience in On-Job experiences of designing and managing highly effective branding and marketing strategies spanning.
- The Marketing and Sales Manager should have 7 or more years of senior leadership experience in marketing and sales management with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
- Good understanding of rural products and available Market.
Position 6: State Coordinator (Job Placement and Skill Development)

Qualification:
- Post graduate degree in business administration with specialization in Marketing or economics, commerce, business and market development
- At least seven years experience in planning and organizing market oriented training for employment for women and youth, including in rural communities;
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical assistance to women and youth on employment opportunities;
- A proven excellent background and hands on professional experience of market issues/marketing, practical knowledge of private sector development, women and youth entrepreneurship development in India
